NOW® Evening Primrose Oil contains naturally occurring Gamma Linoleic Acid (GLA). GLA is an Omega-6 fatty acid found in Evening Primrose, Borage, and Black Currant seed oils. Although the body can manufacture GLA from dietary linoleic acid, it can be more efficiently utilized for body functions when supplied directly by these dietary sources.
Contains no: hexane, sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg or preservatives. Please discard the inedible freshness packet enclosed.
Other Ingredients: Gelatin, glycerin, water.
Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 3 softgels 1-2 times daily with meals.
