I love this product! It helped my bone density increase significantly. I would and do recommend it to my friends. The only reason for the 4 rating is the capsules are very fragile and at least 15 to 20 arrive broken and their contents gets wasted at the bottom of the container. If Natures Plus would remedy this, I’d give it a 5+!

I love this product along with weight bearing exercise because it has enabled me to gain we% density in the lumbar spine and 6 to 7 % density in my hips and femurs. My only complaint is that several of the capsules are broken in each bottle (12 in this last one) so much of the product gets wasted.
